Protecting our couples from cybercriminals, phishing attempts, and online scammers is our highest priority. Please read this guide carefully.

1. How to Prevent Scams

• Verify Accounts: Never transfer booking fees or deposits to personal UPI ids or bank accounts without verifying them with the venue manager in person.
• Spam Emails: All official communications from us will only originate from domains ending in @weddingsplaces.com.
• Spam Calls: We will never ask for your passwords, credit card PINs, or verification codes (OTP) over phone calls.

2. How to Report Fraud

If you spot a suspicious listing, receive a scam call claiming to represent us, or suspect fraud, report it immediately to cyberalert@weddingsplaces.com or call our safety helpline.
