We understand that plans can change. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the parameters for cancellation request approvals and refund processing.

1. Cancellation Windows

Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timeline prior to the scheduled wedding event date:

• More than 90 Days: 75% refund of the advance deposit.
• 30 to 90 Days: 50% refund of the advance deposit.
• Less than 30 Days: No refund eligible, except in cases of force majeure.

2. Refund Timelines

Approved refund balances are credited back to the original source payment method within 7 to 10 bank working days.
